Gold Blue and Tan Batik Lap Quilt

Handmade cotton batik Quilt

Beautiful, handmade cotton batik quilt in fall colors of gold, tan, brown and dark blue. The backing fabric is a coordinating batik fabric in the same color scheme. This quilt would be perfect to curl up with, or to lay over a chair or across a bed. The fabric line used in this quilt is "Celestial" from Island Batik Fabrics (Island Batik fabrics are hand-dyed in Indonesia for exceptional and unique color depth and quality).

Quilt size is 48" X 53"

This quilt is made from high quality 100% cotton batik fabric and has been professionally quilted in an all over swirl design on my longarm machine. Quilt batting is Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 (cotton/poly blend), making this quilt warm but light with a lovely drape. The double fold binding has been machine sewn to the front and hand sewn to the back for a professional appearance.

Easy care - machine wash, cold water and tumble dry on low setting. Do not use chlorine bleach. Because the materials are cotton, shrinkage of up to 3 percent should be expected the first time it is washed. This quilt will become softer and cuddlier with every washing but will still look great for years!

All my quilts are sewn with the highest quality materials, with great care and love put into every step of the process. My quilts are created to be beautiful, useful and enduring.
